Strategic location, not noisy

The staff and service are okay, but the room cleanliness needs to be improved. Lots of ants on the floor + cockroaches in the bathroom

Ordered a deluxe twin and got a really bad room, the AC is old and not cold at all, it's better to use a fan if it's like that!! There is no electric kettle for brewing tea/coffee, wifi is only available on the first floor, it doesn't reach the 2nd and 3rd floors, which means the TV doesn't have a signal, it's useless to have a TV but it can't be turned on, just stay here once even though it's in the center of Subang city

Sorry, my stay yesterday was not comfortable, I had an incident where I was hit by a car in a dark parking lot, and it turned out that the person who parked there was not a hotel customer but a bank employee in front of the hotel, it was really complicated, I was asked to settle for 1 million but didn't want to, he asked for 2.5 million, he said he was hit, thank God when we went to the repair shop together it was only 300 thousand, everything was resolved, I almost got robbed, astagfirullah, and the room was also not comfortable, there were cockroaches, I was scared to sleep soundly, I couldn't sleep until night thinking about the incident, and thinking about being afraid of cockroaches climbing into the bed, wkwkwkk paranoid because I was so disgusted by cockroaches, I intended to rest peacefully, but instead there was an incident so I couldn't sleep, overall the service was very friendly and good, the CS, the lobby was nice and clean, and the price was very affordable, so for me who was working, stopping by to rest was actually just right besides being cheap, the location was very strategic, I just thought How come the person parking there isn't a hotel customer? Hmmm never mind, overall the hotel is okay

Cleanliness is good. When staying there was no drinking water, no TV channels, and no bathroom mat. Hopefully, next time, these will be completed before handing them over to guests, so they don't have to ask for communication devices from the front desk, etc., even though the room is missing.

Suitable & close to the city so easy access

This is my umpteenth stay, and this is truly the best Sharia hotel... I'd like to advise management to provide an extra bed.

I've stayed here several times because the price is suitable and it's close to campus. Overall, everything is okay in my opinion. The hotel is also sharia-compliant, so those who are not legally married cannot stay there.

Thank God, my first staycation with friends. Even though I'm from Subang, I decided to stay there on purpose. I booked two rooms. The place is comfortable. It's just a short walk to Subang town square. The best. Excellent service. Keep up the quality and service.

The rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly, and the accommodation is centrally located, with plenty of food vendors nearby.

The atmosphere is pleasant to rest in. The AC isn't cold enough.

However, there is no extra bed. Everything else is good...
