My family and I stayed 1 night at this hotel, thank God all the staff are friendly and responsive starting from security to room service. The room is quite spacious, clean and very comfortable because all the room facilities are "ok". It would be more complete if a hair dryer was provided 🤭. The honest review, I rarely give reviews if it's not really worth it, even though we had trouble in the room because of heavy rain but their service was very fast, communicative, and that's what made us comfortable and not annoyed.. And because it was so comfortable, we ended up extending and taking a family room. The food was delicious.. Especially the chili sauce was great.. I often go to Pangandaran and this will be the most recommended hotel.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, but the floor isn't very clean because the room was used for a TikTok live stream. Furthermore, the room isn't soundproof, so you can hear the doorbell from another room, people chatting in the hallway, and the sound of rain and wind, making for a restful sleep.

come here on weekdays usually stay at grand palma, laut biru, horizon there is always breakfast, when I came here there was breakfast but it could only be delivered to the room and even then the choices were limited, even though I tried here and saw in the reviews that the breakfast was delicious and varied! My advice is don't come here on weekdays, it's a loss, if I had known that, I would have chosen a room without breakfast

Overall, it was good, from the room, food, and other facilities. There was only one thing that was lacking: the cleanliness. When we entered the room, the floor was really uncomfortable to walk on. It looked like beach sand, with lots of hair on it. There was only one chair on the balcony, and there were other guests' belongings still hanging in the room. Maybe it was because it was a holiday, but cleanliness is still number one.
