Happy to be able to stay here, better use the suites room. Yesterday I ordered a deluxe, it was not comfortable because I didn't get the view so I upgraded to a suite which was spacious and had a direct view. Maybe if you don't really care about the view, it's okay to order a deluxe heheh. But the hot water is a bit lacking, it's more like warm water, not hot, maybe it can be fixed. So far it's good, the service is friendly and the staff are very helpful. I was even allowed to see the rooms one-on-one. Breakfast is okay, quite good

There were dead insects on top of the bedsheets. The pillows on the bed were yellowish in color. We requested to change and was told they were unable to fulfil our request. There were no basic necessities such as toothbrush and tissue papers inside the room. The complimentary WiFi was unable to connect at all in the room. The room was very unhygienic and alot of insects. The flushing system in the toilet was also having issues. The technician came to check after we feedback and he told us it was normal. All the toilets in the hotel was like this.

I stayed by choosing a suite type room, and what I got was a super spacious room, there was a living room area, bathroom and separate bedroom area. The rate is very competitive. A few notes: 1. The security and hotel staff are minimal in number. 2. The cleanliness of the room can be improved again. 3. There were 2 electrical outlets in my room that didn't work. Overall, if I go to Madiun I will rebook here again. Thank you Kharisma 2 Madiun.

The room floor was very dusty, shower temperature was very high and hot, requested to reduce temperature setting on water heater, but still a problem till checking out. The AC was not functioning well. The room was not cleaned after one night of 2 night stay. I'll never recommend this hotel to any of my family and/or friends.

Overall, for that price, it is value for money. However, there are some small details that can be input: 1. Can I push the trolley myself? 2. The room walls need to be repainted because there are many sticker marks that reduce the aesthetics (it doesn't need to be expensive).

Air panas tidak berfungsi. Siaran tv sering ilang. Makan pagi nasi pecel 1 piring di campur, lauk telor ceplok dan krupuk + teh anget. Kamar mandi jorok, bau tidak sedap. Resepsionis saat cek in kurang familiar.

Desain kamarnya cukup bagus dan minimalis, lokasi hotelnya pun strategis. Namun ada beberapa hal yang dapat di-improve, seperti wadah sabun mungkin bisa dicek secara berkala karena di kamar yang saya tempati sepertinya agak rusak dan isinya tumpah ke bath tubnya. Kemudian beberapa sudut kamar berdebu dan ada bagian dari kasur yang masih terlihat sisa noda, begitu juga dengan curtain bath tubnya. Bagian kloset bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi kebersihannya.

The staff is friendly but quiet maybe because of Eid. The AC is not cold at all. The shower faucet holder is loose, it seems it is rarely maintained or checked. Standard breakfast. For a night's stay it's okay, if for a long term it's recommended.

Kamar nya berdebu dan banyak sarang laba-laba. Air shower mandinya kecil banget. Pertama dan terakhir nginep di sni. Selain keramahan staff yang lainya sangat mengecewekan. Setidaknya bersihlah.
