All the hotel staff are friendly, 3 nights stay every day the room was cleaned, amenities and bottled water were always provided, sheets and towels could be changed every day... The room is spacious, the AC is cold, there is hot water too, the TV has many channels, at night behind the hotel there are lots of culinary places and it is close to everywhere,... It's very comfortable... Thank you for all the services of the Kumala Hotel staff and always success..

The most worthwhile hotel around Bandung square I think. Although from the outside it looks like an old hotel, the inside is still very well maintained. With a price of less than 400 thousand but you get a spacious and clean room, fragrant and get a pretty good breakfast. I have stayed at Hotel Kumala twice and will always make this hotel my place to stay when I go to Bandung City. The access is very easy, close to strategic areas and just walking distance to Lengkong Kecil, the heaven of street food in Bandung. The point is I am very satisfied with Hotel Kumala.

Nyaman, bersih, AC dingin, air hangat berfungsi, dapat perlengkapan mandi, air mineral, teh. Juga ada teko listrik. Lokasi strategis, mau ke Braga, alun-alun bisa jalan kaki. Di belakang hotel banyak kuliner saat malam hari.

I checked in to this hotel through the app and was assigned a room on the second floor, room 203. Perhaps the most important thing to improve is the bathroom. Some suggestions for improvements include the bathtub not having a lid, preventing the water from flowing, and the bathroom door lock not being able to be locked. For a 2-star hotel, it's probably quite okay, with a few amenities that need improvement. Finally, I'd like to say thank you. We left something behind at check-out. Luckily, the office was responsive, and thankfully, we were able to retrieve it.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. It just needs some renovation to make it more modern, especially since it's in the city center. Hopefully, Hotel Kumala can compete with other modern hotels. Everything else is fine. The bonus is that it's a short walk to the town square and Braga. There's plenty of food behind the hotel at night, and the soto (soto soup) for breakfast is delicious. Thank you.
