Menginap di Family Room "Mawar" Hotel Mahadria merupakan pengalaman istimewa. Dari awal sudah konfirm boleh early check in (mantap) dan prosesnya juga mudah, cuma menunjukkan KTP di resepsionis. Dapat di lantai 2 naiknya pakai lift, kan bawa banyak tas😉. Kamarnya beneran luas, bahkan masih nyaman untuk 6 orang (2x lipat dari seharusnya 😆). Ada 1 kasur queen dan 1 kasur single, nyaman kok kasurnya. Kalo tambah kasur kena 150 ribu. AC-nya berasa banget dan disediakan sendal hotel, toiletries plus handuk untuk 3 orang. Ada air mineral, kopi teh gula dan electric kettle. Di lemari pakaian ada beberapa hanger, kulkas berfungsi baik dan TV juga berfungsi, meski cuma ada beberapa channel. Tapi gak masalah karena akhirnya pada mabar dengan wifi gratis yang bisa diakses di kamar. Air panas di toilet juga on terus. Nah menu sarapannya simpel, tapi rasanya enak banget, (maaf ya diet) ada nasi uduk, mie goreng dan orek tempe, juga ada sup dan roti. Untuk extra breakfast cukup bayar 35 ribu. Tapi kalo mau cari sarapan di luar juga banyak ya, karena sebrang hotel ini adalah lun-alun timur kota Serang. Setelah jogging/senam bisa keliling cari makanan. Overall I can say that we're satisfied to spend our night here 💯

This hotel is very strategically located, in general the service is very good, but there is no hot water and cleanliness is a bit lacking.

Ruangan banyak sarang laba² , kran toilet ga nyala ,banyak nyamuk, sinyal bapuk terburuk, terima kasih 😊
