I liked the hotel. Easy to find, strategic location, near to the cafes and restaurants, clean room, and what I liked the most is the pool. Clean and comfy, especially the cafe next to the pool was really nice. I want to stay at this hotel again next time.

Numerous food outlets and minimarts are located near the hotel, making it easy to shop for daily necessities or explore local cuisine. City view rooms are not soundproof, and traffic noise is clearly audible. The minibar smells of red wine, perhaps forgotten to be cleaned, and the cooler isn't cold enough. The hot water and air conditioning function normally. The white window curtains don't fully close due to jammed rails. An iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer are available. The elevator's hall button isn't very sensitive. There's a toaster in the restaurant without a sign on how to use it, leading some guests to misuse it. One of them was reprimanded by restaurant staff during breakfast, suggesting that a sign should be installed, as this appliance isn't commonly used in home kitchens. The restaurant staff seemed less than cheerful, unlike other departments. The food's taste could be improved, and the relevant divisions could try more interesting menu variations. The security and front office staff were friendly and carried out their duties well. Parking is adequate.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We got the room we requested, with a connecting door, so those staying with family or friends didn't have to worry about leaving the room. the place is really on the side of the road.. for car parking is available in the basement.. the surrounding location is quite congested because it is close to the campus.. there are lots of delicious culinary delights around the hotel.. near the hotel is close to the car travel pool.. the breakfast is quite good but it is not very Bandung in my opinion.. for the room, it is according to the price, including clean..
