The room price is cheap, but the service is good. The staff is friendly, the room is clean and fragrant, and you get breakfast in the morning. 😊. Easy access, close to the road, and you can also find food nearby. Not far from the hotel, there's a place selling fried durian that went viral.

I swear, this is my first time staying here. I didn't expect it to be that good and comfortable. The staff is friendly, my request was immediately approved, the room is clean and fragrant, the mattress is super soft. The mattress is really good. The AC is really cold, the service is really good. The food is also delicious. There is a swimming pool, there is a place for children to play. Oh, the place is really comfortable. I stayed here for 3 nights, my children didn't want to go home because the place was so nice. I swear, you guys have to try staying here. Next time I go to Puncak, I will stay here again. Because it is really comfortable. The location is also very strategic. I don't regret staying here. Come on, you guys have to try it.

This hotel is terrible. When I checked in, the room wasn't ready. The thermos, toiletries, towels, and even the TV remote weren't ready. Breakfast was included, but it was delivered to the room. As a result, I only got fried rice. It was quite an experience.

All the hotel staff were very friendly. Overall, I recommend everything, but it's a shame there's no water at night; it's very low. So, I used a bottle to rinse the tub. Just a suggestion: if the water runs out at odd times, please provide a dipper and bucket in the bathroom to catch the small amount of water; at least there's water. But otherwise, I highly recommend staying here.

The place is quiet and suitable for children, there are 2 pools, big and small. There is a field where you can play football. There is also a basketball court. There is a little input for flushing the toilet, it is difficult because the water is small, you have to flush it manually using a lot of water. There is a damaged part of the slide at the foot, it is dangerous for children if they fall in. The rest is okay

The service is good, the receptionist is friendly, the wifi doesn't reach the executive room, if you want wifi you have to go to the front office, the children's pool is a bit dirty and slippery, otherwise it's comfortable, 1 more thing, I got a snack voucher for the evening, when I exchanged it, the snack took a long time to wait, so 2 vouchers were exchanged but I only got 1 snack, even though it should have been 1 voucher for 1 snack,

At first I was hesitant because there was no rating here, but thank God I was satisfied, I stayed in an executive type, if the brochure says 500k but I booked it on Traveloka I got 350k including breakfast, the location is near the side of the road, only a few meters in, near minimarkets and souvenirs, near food vendors, super good service, only this input needs to be considered. from the swimming pool, there was a broken floor, coincidentally when I was swimming someone was injured because they fell on the floor, and the game on the slide was also brittle, my child fell in, and the room I booked didn't have wifi, hopefully this new management can make the hotel more advanced, wishlist cheap hotel, God willing I will come back again

Hotel new pesona anggraini is a low budget staycation solution that is really owkayy, All staff are friendly ✅ Strategic location close to everywhere on the edge of the highway ✅ Cool, cool, beautiful ✅ Swimming pool is okay ✅ Food is quite standard price ✅ Rooms & environment are clean ✅ The only minus is 1, the bathroom water is sometimes small so it's a bit of an effort when taking a shower 😂 hopefully next time it can be fixed, overall I like to stay here with a price of 200 thousand including breakfast + complete facilities ❤️🙏🏻
