It's not even worthy of being called a hotel, let alone the VIP rooms, which are so awful. Imagine the rooms below. Even after paying, I gave up on staying 😰

The hanger in the bathroom is broken, the bathroom is dirty. Is it because I didn't book directly with the hotel that I was given a room like this? And this is the 6th time I've stayed here, breakfast is delivered to the room and there's a charge.

The room furniture is old and needs to be renovated. The AC is not cold and noisy. Hopefully Permata Land Hotel can renew the facilities in the rooms because the price offered is quite expensive.
