It's quite comfortable, there's a swimming pool suitable for children, although when we arrived the water facilities were not active.

Good location, near Suzuya Mall, the hotel guide is also friendly, overall it is quite clean, only many of the equipment & facilities are old/damaged and need to be repaired.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is highly recommended for families.

The AC isn't cold. It's a bit stuffy when sleeping at night.

The hanger in the bathroom is broken, the bathroom is dirty. Is it because I didn't book directly with the hotel that I was given a room like this? And this is the 6th time I've stayed here, breakfast is delivered to the room and there's a charge.

The room furniture is old and needs to be renovated. The AC is not cold and noisy. Hopefully Permata Land Hotel can renew the facilities in the rooms because the price offered is quite expensive.

for the hotel here is highly recommended... basically no regrets choosing this hotel. the location is very strategic. which of course for a hotel at that price is not too expensive. besides staying overnight you can swim to fill your vacation time 😁

The hotel staff are friendly for Batak people from North Sumatra, the service is good, but it's a bit surprising that the standard room is in a dark corridor and the cupboards need repair.
