I ordered a 2 room hotel for 2 nights. 1. room facilities are different from one another even though the price is the same. 2. very slow service and less responsive in responding to orders. 3. several times the lights went out and did not immediately follow up if you did not call first. 4. 14) the facilities received do not match the appearance on the web (WiFi is not) (Up to the room) 5. There is no room cleaning service (garbage is not immediately thrown away).

When checking in, the recepcionist didn't want to use vucher online, he said, it was blocked completely, how could we get in too, we waited for a long time, the employees opened their old computers and stayed on, as soon as I was reprimanded for a long time, then reacted.

It is not in accordance with the picture, I just moved from an inn in downtown Jogja which is cheaper than Popi even cleaner, there is hot water, thick clean blankets. really disappointing even the TV is still old school and there is no remote, the water is small. totally beyond expectations, Very disappointing, not a place I would recommend.

The period of my room was in the corner, the room was the most expensive, but it could not be on demand, I brought a small child. Ask for the air conditioner to cool, but the air conditioner is hot. Keep the room in the dark corner. When you want to drink all the food, the meal is finished. Not recommended for families.

Get a room that is not as neat. Broken toilet flush is confused, how come the water is also very slowly the shower is broken, this is in the AC room and the TV is not available. The area is already cold, almost freezing to death, I will stay here
