Asked for help to change the linen and it was indeed changed, thank you, good service, the staff were very friendly, especially the man in the restaurant, the black shirt was in the egg stole. It's just that the room is a bit old, if it is renovated it will be better, it can attract more guests. And in the project one by one, general cleaning of each room using the right chemicals will be very good and clean, especially in the toilet area. The lights are replaced with brighter ones, which will definitely be better. Because the hotel's location is good, all that remains is maintenance and promotion to make it busy 👍

The hotel is noisy and sounds echo when people are talking outside the room. I arrived past 2:00 PM and was given a room for 2:30 PM. Even though the rule says you can check in at 2:00 PM.

I like it and it's comfortable because the location is close to everywhere. The hotel facilities are so-so, according to the price and the condition of the old hotel that is poorly maintained. As for the service, perhaps the employees need to be reminded that they are in the service sector where attitude and gestures when dealing with/serving customers are important.

large room, strategically close to Akmil, cold AC, standard food, cmn at that time because there were few people staying, the atmosphere was quiet, the hallway was minimally lit and dark so the time on the street was a bit scary too. At 3 pm, I was a bit surprised by strange and scary sounds, but over all everything was good, one thing I can say is that I love you
