Very nice to Stay in Santika Hotel. The staff is super warm and very good service. I even had a surprise birthday cake from the Hotel Staff, Thank you and wonderful! The pool is so big and very clean, the room and building are classic but very Hommy! Will definitely come back again!

Permission to provide a review of the check-in process until 16.16 I was not able to enter the room which should have been checked in at 14.00, the room was not ready with the reason of the check-out process for guests during the day, if it is high season like this the hotel should have prepared with the service, but this is very very detrimental, with my position carrying a baby so I feel uncomfortable, please fix it, thank you

Santika never disappoints anywhere. The executive room has complete facilities, it's just a shame that maybe because the hotel is a bit old, the bathroom door and the front door are a bit difficult to open. Overall ok 👍

The food lacks variety and the taste is just so-so, everything is bland, there is no chicken in the porridge. The fried chicken is hard, the cooking is boring. The bathroom towels are really bad, the bed is not comfortable and the pillows are also too old and not comfortable
