The staffs are amazing, they are really responsive, helpful, and polite (great service from the staffs there). For the hotel room was amazing it is super clean, cozy, quite (I stay in premier balcony) amenities are complete. The pool also great. They have more than sufficient pools (but the kids pool I think still quite to deep for 2 years old kid, 60 cm) meanwhile the breakfast was also great, they have enough variety and taste so good as well. Just suggestion, perhaps they can also benchmark to Santika Garut for the variety of breakfast (they have more). Overall this hotel is a great, will definitely come back to this hotel. For Santika, you have done a great job!

1. Nice view, cool air, good facilities, there's an aviary, and a good atmosphere. 2. Yesterday, I stayed on the 1st floor facing the aviary. Perhaps the 2nd & 3rd floors, and other balcony locations could be warned to be careful. Yesterday, in one of the rooms I booked, my parents and I were sitting on the balcony, and an ashtray fell from the room upstairs. 3. Yesterday, the balcony lights went out in all the rooms when I tried using the switch on the balcony. After informing the staff, they soon came back on. 4. The activities for kids are pretty good, including cake decorating. Perhaps more activities could be added to make the atmosphere more lively. 5. In the children's playroom, which has mini billiards and a ball game, the AC could be cooler to make it cooler, as yesterday's hot weather felt stuffy and stuffy. 6. The menu options at the restaurant for lunch and dinner could be expanded to provide more options. Overall, good, thank you, Santika.

The receptionist was quite understanding of our request and gave us complimentary cakes in the room with writing on them, the room was full of termites but they were immediately cleaned quickly, the car service was also quite prompt so we could call the front desk anytime, I was really happy to be given the 1st floor so I didn't have to bother going up and down and had direct access to the lagoon, breakfast was lacking but dinner was quite good, all the staff were quite helpful

First time staying in Sukabumi and found a hidden gem there, a complete hotel but for this type it is suitable for those who bring parents because there is an elevator and it is close to the restaurant, only the room hallway is not very clean, there are still leftover food. Overall it is ok, only the food is less varied and to the pool area etc. you have to climb or descend stairs even though there are cars going back and forth it is still a bit complicated, maybe I will stay in this type of room which can have a connecting door

The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly and full of smiles. Although it's currently undergoing renovations, like the aviary isn't full yet, and the grand opening isn't yet, I'm satisfied overall. The food variety and refill speed are the main issues, so they need to be improved. Next time, I'll try a premier room so I can access the pool directly from my room.

Very friendly staff. Suggestion for rooms with pool access. It's too far to the children's pool. It would be better if there was a barrier between the rooms so that the terrace would be truly private.
