Thank you. The room was clean, although a bit cramped. The air conditioning was cool. The bathroom was outside and clean. There was hot and cold water. The mother was friendly.

The overall experience was quite comfortable. The bed was soft and the bedroom was spacious enough for two people. However, the soundproofing in the room could be improved, as traffic noise from the highway could still be heard at night. My advice to future guests is to request a room on the upper floors facing the back area for a more peaceful rest.

In my opinion, overall it's good, strategic location close to supermarkets etc. The surrounding area is safe because there is security. The bathroom is outside and for staying because there is business for 1-2 days, it's worth the price. The only downside is that when checking in, the owner was not there so the key hadn't been given (so you can't lock the room from the outside, which is a bit worrying if you have business outside, although when you're inside the room you can lock it without a key).

According to the budget. Sales, bring your own toiletries, towels, and drinking water, but don't be afraid to leave the cluster, there's an Indomaret. Before checking in, first inform the WhatsApp number in the issued ticket app to provide information. Good location, in the cluster. Thank you 🙏🏻

In terms of location, this boarding house is quite strategic. It's in a cluster, making the surroundings relatively quiet. There's also a basketball court and a swimming pool. Access to the convenience store is also easy. However, security and comfort could be improved, as I stayed in a room with no lock, a broken AC remote, and plasterboard walls. This would be a problem for those sensitive to noise from their neighbors.

It's very safe and comfortable, there's a swimming pool, the staff at the inn are also very friendly and make you feel at home. I'll stay here again next time. The environment is also very beautiful. Gading Serpong is very close to go anywhere.
