However, the soundproofing in the room could be improved, as traffic noise from the highway could still be heard at night. My advice to future guests is to request a room on the upper floors facing the back area for a more peaceful rest.

The bathroom is outside and for staying because there is business for 1-2 days, it's worth the price. The only downside is that when checking in, the owner was not there so the key hadn't been given (so you can't lock the room from the outside, which is a bit worrying if you have business outside, although when you're inside the room you can lock it without a key).

Access to the convenience store is also easy. However, security and comfort could be improved, as I stayed in a room with no lock, a broken AC remote, and plasterboard walls. This would be a problem for those sensitive to noise from their neighbors.
