The room was quite clean, with functioning air conditioning. Slippers and a dental kit were provided. Towels were also changed. Breakfast was varied and quite tasty. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Good location. Room no. 102 had no soap refill. Many walls were stained. The sink faucet couldn't be fully opened because it was blocked by the mirror frame. The toilet exhaust didn't work properly, trapping hot water vapor. Breakfast at 8:30 was sparse. The fruit table was covered in ants and hadn't been cleaned.

The hotel's ambiance is excellent, with easy access to Makassar's culinary scene. The service is excellent, the staff friendly, and the tourist attractions close by. The rooms are clean and spacious. For the price, the amenities are comparable to those found at an Ibis.

The service is quite okay..but unfortunately the room is not soundproof...the sound of people walking in the corridor can be heard inside the room...cleanliness is sufficient...the food at breakfast still needs a lot of improvement...overall for that price, there are many other hotels that can get better facilities..

It was a bit sad to request a top floor but got the third floor... But I was also happy because I got a beautiful view of the city in the morning and sunset... Close to Losari Beach... Access to the city center and everywhere else is close... Distance to the airport via the toll road is less than an hour... Friendly service

I don't really like this hotel, even though the location is strategic, the sheets are dirty and smelly, it doesn't give the impression of being clean, but the staff are friendly and the toilet is not very clean.
