Everything was impressive, including the location and the spacious pool area. The hotel is fully equipped with a bakery, cafe, bar, and rooftop restaurant, making it easy to find food. It's just a shame there's no balcony in the room, so it's a bit awkward to smell the smoking room with my husband smoking. And the bathroom in room 1116 didn't have an exhaust, either because it wasn't there or because it wasn't working. Otherwise, I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the flexible check-in process, which allowed me to check in when the room was ready.

A wonderful stay from start to finish! Beautiful pool, clean and well-maintained facilities, and an amazing breakfast. Don't leave without visiting Citilites—the rooftop lounge has one of the best views in town. Definitely worth it.

The receptionist service was excellent, assisting with early check-in. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great views. The bathrooms are spotless and fully stocked with toiletries. The pool, sauna, and gym are excellent. The breakfast is excellent, with a very comprehensive menu and everything tastes delicious.
