The staff were very nice and accommodating. Good location and we frequented the nearby spas. Cleanliness is OK. Take note of the outdoor toilet, may be uncomfortable for some however we felt safe despite the open concept.

Very nice private villa with swimming pool, great hospitality, and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. The in-villa spa was not good at all, I knew they are using third party, but maybe better check their services first to maintain the quality. Ubud has a lots of good quality spas; there are much options outside the villa.

The location is very close to everywhere. Not really comfortable because next to villa which is being renovated at the moment, so a bit noisy and dusty.
