The hotel staff are all friendly, the location is very strategic, when you leave the hotel you will go straight to Malioboro, even though the location is in a narrow alley, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. It's close to everywhere. The bathroom is clean, complete with hot water and fast. The drinking water is refilled, so it's nice to be able to get it hot or cold in the lobby. Only 1 if you bring a car, you have to park at Taman Yuwono, but it's no problem, it's close, you can be dropped off/picked up by the man, to bring your suitcase to the car. Everything is satisfying. Thank you

Every time I go to Jogja, my first choice is always staying at Pules because it's conveniently located, not too far from Malioboro and the station, and even within walking distance. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and smell great, and there's a smoking area. If you want to eat, there's a cheap and cheerful Nasi Kucing stall right in front of the hotel, and it's also directly accessible by Trans Jogja. I've never been disappointed so far. 👏👏

If you are looking for a budget hotel near Tugu Station and Malioboro, or you want to catch an early morning train, you have to consider this one 👍 very cheap price, clean and comfortable room (not a big one though, but enough), smart TV, clean bathroom with water heater, and clean towels. I had the most pleasant stay in Pawon Cokelat Guesthouse! the staff are really nice and helpful! located across the Jogjakarta station, We arrived at 4:30 in the morning and luckily since there’s still room available they allowed us to check in early. I love the breakfast, room is really clean, AC super cool (i love it) and water heater is running perfect! They also provide parking spot up to 5 motorcycles. thank you Pawon Cokelat! will absolutely comeback again!

The staff's hospitality is outstanding. I accidentally left belongings at the hotel, and they were very accommodating in helping me arrange for the item to be sent back. If I visit Yogyakarta again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel because of their exceptional service.

The Panorama Malioboro Hotel

Stayed here for 5 days, the room was clean, the service was good, the staff were also kind and friendly, asking for hot water was immediately given. The hotel is close to everywhere, if you want to go to Malioboro, you can just walk, there is a modern market and Superindo too. Will come back here if I go to Jogja again.
