Quite pleasant stay at lenora hotel. Got a little trouble at night because the closet was leaking. Fortunately, there was a vacant room so we moved. The staffs are helpful. The room is nice and clean considering cheap rate. There's nice rooftop cafe on the 6th floor. It was a nice place to stay. The only down point is the hotel location, it's on the one way traffic road so we had to take a long turn every time we were coming back from the city center.

Had an amazing time here, the place is very comfy and nice to look at. I love the rooftop it’s very nice and everyone is very friendly and kind, the security the receptionist and the staffs, very good choice to stay if you’re in Bandung!

Check in found a dirty mattress, when I asked for a change, it was dirty again, there was a woman's hair, the TV turned on by itself. The AC was hot. Had to stay for 3 nights, so I checked out. Couldn't sleep. But unfortunately no refund 🥲 oh well

The noise from the highway, corridor, and the next room is very clear to hear in the room, especially the AC is very noisy, buzzing very loudly! The shower water is very small, almost not coming out at all! The quality of the mattress and pillows is very poor! The cleanliness of the room is very poor, there are small insects in the room! The towels and sheets are already yellow, Booked the hotel with the aim of resting peacefully but instead couldn't sleep at all.

It's really recommended, it's very comfortable, but unfortunately when I came here, the cafe was being renovated... I was really satisfied with my staycation here. Don't forget to bring your partner or best friend to make it more exciting☺️

The first day the AC was not cold. Moving rooms was the same but it was already night and we still slept. The next morning we reported to have the AC repaired. The night we arrived it was broken and could not be turned on and we were asked to move rooms again! I wanted to rest but I couldn't because the hotel facilities were very bad.

From the lobby is clean and modern, in the room found more than 3 small cockroaches. Even though all areas of the room look clean but there is no pest control. The mattress is sagging, the springs are broken. It can be fixed even though this is a budget hotel.

Breakfast isn't fun because you have to wait, it can't be done if people are working to make time, why not increase it a little, but it's a buffet so you can just grab it and eat without waiting, not to mention queuing with others.

It's not far from the city center, but if you take the grab like puter, the problem is that it's a one-way street, from the new market to the hotel you can walk even if it's 25 minutes 😂 the room is good, it has a beautiful view, but the photos are on the other's phone. Cakepp price is also okay.
