This was my first time staying at the Hotel Louise Kienne. It's very comfortable, artistic, clean, and has friendly staff. It's also very reasonably priced. Twin bed size is large, not single. Firm, with thick and soft plush. Japanese nuance room decoration, pastel colors. Bright but shady lighting because there is no direct light, comfortable on the eyes. Super clean, well maintained, everything works well. Hot shower is always ready. Stay overnight to rest in the middle of a long journey. Japanese-style room decoration, minimalist, pastel colors. There is no direct light from the lamp. Shady, bright but not dazzling, comfortable on the eyes. Firm bed, with soft plush, makes for a good night's sleep. Two pillow choices, soft for sleeping and thick hard for leaning on while watching TV or reading. both are large sizes typical of star hotels. Breakfast on the 5th floor has many separate areas so it is more private. I like the Chinese food menu the most, besides western and local Nusantara. Infinity pool, spacious. Currently renovating the dining area next to it. Children's playground in the open air but protected from sunlight because it is flanked by tall buildings on 3 sides. Well-maintained facilities, super clean 👍👍👍 Staff service is very friendly, efficient, informative, making it easy for guests to enjoy the existing facilities.

We originally intended to rest while traveling from Surabaya to Jakarta. We chose the Louis Kienne Pemuda Hotel, unsure of the exact location. It turned out to be easy to find, as it's located in the heart of Semarang. Upon arrival, the hotel's parking area was spacious, making it easy to park, although the entrance to the building was a bit cramped. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, as our room was ready, the bathroom and bathroom area were clean, and all the amenities were complete and functioning properly. Initially, we intended to just rest, but the hotel's strategic location made us eager to explore the area. It's close to the mall, the Old Town, and Semarang's delicious culinary delights. We were very satisfied with our stay at the Louis Kienne Pemuda Hotel. Thank you.

Got the corner room, the room was not very clean. I don't know why I got a room that didn't feel like a hotel, but like a boarding house. The TV was old, and broken because when I turned it on, all the shows were purple. Please replace the TV, it's hotel-grade and quite expensive, check if it still works properly. In the morning, the TV suddenly turned off by itself and wouldn't turn back on, luckily I was about to check out. The room lock was difficult to open, I had to call the receptionist because I couldn't get out of the room, it happened twice that I couldn't open the lock. The door also seemed to need maintenance. This hotel was good in its time, maybe, but now it needs a lot of repairs. It's a shame that many hotels at that price have good room facilities.
