Currently on a renovation, dusty, dirty, noisy everywhere, poor TV, it should be changed due to TV display, poor cable, often shutdown periodically. The room didn't soundproof, the room smells bad, and the AC is leaking. Come on, please improve.

When I checked in, there were no towels in the room, while I was sleeping, the fo staff came in to check the towels. Please make the future even better, and the soup is on the way, right?

service is not responsive, very slow. stayed on the 8th floor, the lights went out.. moved rooms. this is the first time I've experienced a hotel like this, the lights went out for hours... my child was sleeping so I woke him up to move rooms..
