Staycation with hubby and little baby at Mercure Gatsu. Overall it's a good place to stay with nice ambience. Almost everything is as expected - except on our request for a non-smoking room, they said that even I have chose a non-smoking room in application, there's a glitch in their system where it can't read those additional requests. Well I was a little bit disappointed about this, when we walk towards our room and inside the room, the smell of cigarettes is quite strong. I worried because we have a baby with us. I talked to the staff that if any inconvenience happened due to the smell of cigarette smoke, I'll call them. But thank God, an hour after we arrived and turned on the AC, the smoke is no longer smelled and we can stay peacefully for 3 days. The room has a terrific view which can fulfill my hubby's desire in photography to catch some eye-catching cityscape. The food is 8/10 for me. The resto has various appetizer, various main course, and various dessert. And we love them. For other services (staff, cleanliness, facility, access, etc.) I will give it 9/10. Good job for Mercure and thank you. I hope the renovation will be finished soon.

The room I occupied was superior, twin bed. It was quite spacious, I could do a light workout there. I also tried running on the treadmill. It was fun, I could enjoy the city view. Breakfast? The menu is varied, taste good.

Stay for 2 nights. From check in, you can check in early, enter the room, it is very comfortable, the room is provided with a mini kitchen complete with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The room with the executive suite type already has a bathtub, complete and sufficient amenities. The room is comfortable, it's just that the request is for a connector bed because only twins can be obtained but not from the hotel, and there is no smart TV. The restaurant food is quite diverse. The parking area is quite scary because it is dark, but it is still okay compared to other hotels. Overall, it is okay for a staycation because the distance to everywhere is also very close, can be repeated next time

Got the 27th floor, so it wasn't so noisy when the train passed. From the room everything was good, fragrant, clean, quite spacious. It's just that in the bathroom part of the WC I'm not used to that type of WC which is attached to the wall. So I was a bit worried when in the WC. From breakfast at the Resto, from all that I tried there were 2 foods that I thought were too dry. 1. Crispy fried chicken, it was too dry to the meat inside. 2. Flour dori fish, the flour seemed to have no seasoning and was too hard. The rest was delicious and very comfortable. The children ate rice and eggs, sandwich snacks, and fruit juices with gusto. I give 5 stars for the Yogurt, both Yogurts are really delicious, there are Blueberry and Strawberry flavors. Keep it up. Hope to be able to stay there again if there is another trip to Jakarta. Thx
