Clean hotel, spacious lobby. Very friendly staff, ample parking. It's right on the main road. Next time I go to Lembang, I want to try the villa with its private pool. Breakfast is good, including delicious rendang and soy sauce chicken. Thanks.

I'll repeat my reservation if I stay in Lembang again. 👍

Nice hotel, kids love swimming

I stayed here because it was close to my family's house, the lights were too dark in the room and there was no refrigerator in the room.

Moscato: * Friendly and informative staff * The food is quite tasty, although there isn't much variety * The rooms in the New Building are certainly clean and comfortable, but they feel a bit empty (the spacious rooms could use a little more furniture) * Night lighting is still lacking; it needs to be improved so guests can enjoy the hotel surroundings * Cool air and a strategic location.

The lighting in the room and bathroom is poor, the rest is quite good.

There are three swimming pools, all cold. However, there is one warm jacuzzi-style pool. Breakfast is very lacking in variety and tastes mediocre. Hopefully, this will be addressed.

really beyond expectations with this price, the facilities are really good, every place is aesthetic and well maintained. All the staff are friendly, really everyone I met was friendly. my son even said he wanted to come here again. even though the hot pool is only a little bit but it's okay..

A little first experience check in smooth staff fo friendly and very helpful forgot to ask the names of 2 guys at that time. But the staff are all friendly really like it here makes it comfortable. There is a deposit of 100 thousand, and it seems if you bring a child you will be charged to add breakfast, if extra bed 300 thousand already includes breakfast for 1 pax. initially got a room with a view of the street in the deluxe king but the AC was problematic already wa to fo assisted by technicians 3x there was no change moved to a room with a pool view thank God happy staff also offered to carry things to move and will deliver the key to the new room, breakfast is quite varied although still mediocre hopefully in the future it will be even better. Next time I go to Bandung I really want to stay here again 🥰

The hotel is nice, quite comfortable, the facilities are sufficient. There is a swimming pool that is divided into 3, 2 with cold water, 1 with warm water but can only be used for soaking. The location is strategic, can be reached easily, close to the El Dorado Dome. Only there is no breakfast, because they said that if it is a weekday there is no breakfast, even though when booking there was breakfast. That's the only drawback.
