Perhaps the best place to stay in Jajag. Rooms were spacious and clean with AC and en-suite bathroom. The hotel has a large pool and a very good restaurant serving very good quality Indonesian and Chinese food. The lumpia is recommended. A buffet breakfast was served by the pool.

It unpredictably vaster than I imagine. The room was clean and comfortable. There were free welcome drink and swimming. It has a cafe too.

2 nights in room 325 + 326... Check in around 20.00+.... 326 room AC was only blowing, called the front office, the technician came, the outdoor was fixed, the AC could be cold after 1 hour.... Thank you NEW SURYA technician... Second time staying here because visiting family... Swimming pool is OK, children can swim comfortably...

The hotel is clean, but the service is a bit late, especially when checking in, we arrived at 12, the receptionist said we could only check in at 14:00, then we waited in the hotel lobby until 14:00, but when we checked in at 14:00, the information from the receptionist was that the room was not ready yet, it was still being cleaned, then we could only enter at 15:30. So maybe for the cleanliness section, the manpower needs to be added, it's a pity that the receptionist was complained about by many people, thank you, hopefully it can be used as an evaluation material for improvement.

The Garden suite was exactly what we needed. Very spacious and clean room and quaint little garden. I will make sure to always choose this type of room whenever I visit Banyuwangi and stay at New Surya!

1. The sink leaked, even though it was cleaned the residue was a bit smelly, asked to exchange for an equivalent room but was not given. 2. The room was a bit damp, the ceiling/walls looked moldy. 3. The checkout process was 15 minutes, slow even though there was nothing in the room.
