Parah! Jangan pernah pesen kamar di sini. Kamar kotor. Sebelum disewakan minimal di bersihin lah. Ini ada sisa makanan di kulkas, kamar mandi kotor. Handuk bekas bau seperti gak diganti. Yang paling fatal adalah ternyata gak bisa renang. Kenapa di aplikasi ada keterangan fasilitas renang dan gambarnya jelas ada. Saya pesen ini untuk ngajak anak renang eh gak bisa. Auto check out aja lah, eh admin desak kita suruh check out ditanya terus mau check out jam berapa. Risih banget gak tuh. Mending keilangan duit 300ribu daripada stay tapi gondok. Pelayanan adminnya juga buruk. Jadi intinya dari segi fasilitas buruk, kamar buruk, pelayanan buruk 😭. Kalau mau bawa keluarga big no sih!

Kotor, debu di mana-mana, seprai dan sarung bantal bau iler, WC tidak lancar, handuk bau tidak sedap (kemungkinan handuk bekas), tissue tidak disediakan, pengelola tidak respon ketika komplain via whatsapp. Intinya ini adalah apartemen sewa terburuk yang pernah ada. Lebih parah dari hotel melati yang harganya 50 ribuan.

The wall wallpaper has been torn, there is no drinking water, only 1 towel and the one used for the previous check-in, check out which should be 12 noon is listed on Traveloka at 12 noon, this is a maximum of 11 noon, past 11 o'clock is subject to a pay charge 50 thousand. Very disappointing and not worth it.

A bit frustrated because waiting for the pick up in the lobby for almost an hour. The room is clean even though the pillowcases and bolsters have not been replaced. Just a suggestion for additional cutlery because the current one is inadequate.
