Check-in queued for 1.5 hours, after getting the key it turned out that there were other people in the room. Got an apology from the hotel, one fruit basket. For breakfast, the queue was almost an hour for a table, so many food tables were used up. Can only eat breakfast with white rice and eggs and even then queue. The bathroom had dirty water, I called room service but it took a long time to arrive, more than half an hour, so I had to not take a shower because I was close to checking out. Go down to the lobby to check-out, queue again for half an hour? Because there are only 2 elevators that function. Practically they don't receive and get service, they only accept queues. Even though it's New Year's, the hotel should have been able to predict. Disappointed with Novotel's service, not worth the price. There are still many hotels with prices and stars below, but the service is much more satisfying.

Menginap di sini karena mau nonton konser Kygo di Ancol, makanan enak-enak dan banyak variasi, check in and out cepat, staff ramah, kamar dan semua perlengkapan bersih, kamar menghadap ke pool, tapi kenapa amenities kamar mandi by request? Harusnya yang standar seperti toothbrush & paste sudah tersedia di dalam kamar mandi, lokasi strategis di pusat perbelanjaan dan dekat dengan lokasi wisata. Ada harga ada kualitas.👍🏽
