The water is smooth, the location is very strategic, but the pillows and blankets smell really bad, like they've had a musty smell for months.

Booked a room with twin beds, but was given a double bed. Towels were not given because they were out of stock. TV was broken. Water supply in the bathroom on the 3rd floor was small, so it took a long time to fill the flushing box closed.

Actually this hotel is good, it's just that maybe because it's a pandemic it's a bit neglected, the cleanliness is not maintained, but that's a natural thing when conditions like this. Initially a bit hesitant when I came to this hotel, because it was neglected, dirty, but everything paid off with a spacious room, friendly service, strategic location in a crowded place. All waiters are always willing to serve what we ask for and give their best. thanks.

As for the location, the room is clean, the AC is okay, the TV is okay, the soap and the bathroom are clean, there are only no towels.
