The receptionist was not friendly, the bathroom didn't smell clean, I finally cleaned it myself, there was no place to put my clothes, there was no soap, the sheets were not changed for 3 days. Don't because the price is rather cheap, the facilities are put aside.

The first day of check-in was at 8-9 pm. The dark atmosphere is quiet in the middle of the house area. Staff not friendly. Want to check in is said to be full. Even though I booked online. Until the room smells of cigarettes. The bathroom smells dirty. The mattress was so soft that it hit the bottom board. The first day of tormented sleep. The next morning immediately check out. There was no one at the staff desk at 9 in the morning. The key I stayed in the room didn't come back even though I had booked for 3 nights. Scorched 2 nights. Isoke than I can't sleep. Sorry. Not recommended (N).

The AC is not good, then I am dying for a chapter, there is no dipper and spray for the wiping, the TV is very small, the TV is not sound, the sound is very disappointed.

very ugly .. first I entered the room smelled of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts I asked for a room change I couldn't and asked for it to be canceled I didn't want to change the money until now my money was not returned

When I arrived, I was asked for 13 thousand of my money, I didn't have to be full 100 thousand. When I entered the room the smell of cigarettes did not disappear until morning, either using the air conditioner or the window was opened, entering the bathroom the water was clogged, finally I cleaned it myself. the shower is like a dragon snake sleeping without a head, aka it can't be used. But I really don't recommend for those who are looking for comfort, especially bringing children.

Must ask when checking in for facilities to work, TV in room 209 comes out like a radio, mattress has no blanket, Brow is cold, shower is only cold water, receptionist is indifferent as needed🤦🏻

The hotel is clean but the service is less than satisfying. Arriving at the hotel have to wait too long because there is no receptionist on standby. Then until there was no towel in the room. So I had to go down to the lobby to get a towel. Gosh. Hopefully it will be improved again.

20:00 until the location with very tired conditions, when checking in said the officer was not registered. Even though the voucher has been issued. Then tell the traveloka phone, then from the traveloka told to call the oyo party. In fact, oper-gins spend more than 50 thousand pulses. 22.00 hours finally told to enter. The facilities are very poor. There is no water at all. There is no toothbrush. The mattress is itchy. The smell of the rooms smoking. Anyway bad for that price does not match. In the morning I checked out at 06.00. I left something in my room, when I returned the room was cleaned and my missing item wasn't there. The clerk is not responsible. When I was asked, he said that the room was gone. Called to make sure I found my item or not but there was no response. Consuming back and forth fees and pulses hehe

The location is quite difficult to reach at night, twirling because it has been blocked on several roads by the portal. less clean rooms, no desk, no trash, no soap or toothpaste toothpaste, in the noisy window like the sound of outdoor AC. but there is hot water.

Does not provide soap and shampoo, when asked emg not provided. I have to buy it to a stall and it's quite far. Just 1 towel and it's really small like a baby towel. For that price, it's not worth it, because usually there should also be available soap, which is rather disappointed
