In the application 113 thousand. When I got to the hotel, I asked for an additional 40 thousand to make it 150. The hotel is bad, the shower water is dead, taking a shower using a toilet cleaning lever, this is really bad, oyo. For those who want to staycation in Palembang, never go to this hotel if you won't regret it!

VERY VERY! The price is not appropriate, already paid 80 thousand to the location, added 40 thousand. Even with the price of 80 thousand, this room is still not worth it, this is not a room, it is more suitable to be called a cage. For those who want to stay, please take a look at the room first. Not suitable for a staycation because the environment is mixed with rental houses and families so it is crowded and noisy, the rooms are not cleaned every day, and the toilets are clogged.

Dirty, no water (only drips). This is almost a scam. When asked to return the money, the room asked us to contact Oyo Pusat. In fact, the problem is the host whose facilities are problematic. Doesn't match the picture! And the process took a long time, after we had been in contact for up to a week and there was no compensation/refund, and it was thrown here and there. We decided to write this review. Disappointing!

The room is very inhumane and does not deserve to be called a hotel or lodging. The bathroom and toilet are very dirty and filthy. The toilet is clogged with human waste full. This room is given to guests. Please give Traveloka a sanction or provide compensation to us customers who have booked through Traveloka but received very bad service.
