From the moment I arrived, I was immediately greeted by very friendly staff, given a welcome drink upon check-in. Initially, the room's AC wasn't cold, but I called and they immediately fixed it. It's really confusing for those who gave it a 1 star. In my opinion, this is a 5 star plus. It's a 3 star hotel but the service is not inferior to a 5 star hotel. I will come back here again.

Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a security guard, who promptly helped us carry all our luggage. Check-in was incredibly easy and quick. We had a room on the 11th floor with a view of the city. The room was immaculate, and we were even helped with anything we needed. It was a truly enjoyable stay.

1. Very strategic location, on Jalan Demang Lebar Daun, close to the city center and many eateries. 2. Stayed in a club room. The air conditioning was cool, the water pressure was strong, the room was clean, and there was a bathtub. The room was at the end with a view of Jalan Demang Lebar Daun. 3. The hotel staff was very friendly, and there was ample parking. 4. Breakfast was quite varied, featuring Indonesian dishes, Palembang specialties, and international dishes. The food was tasty. 5. Check-in and check-out were fast.
