Dirty from the lobby to the room. Trash in the corridor is not taken care of. The durian trash in the corridor smells into the room

Reception is not on standby 24 hours, guest escorts are reluctant, without tissues, blankets, linen are not replaced, electricity tokens are borne by themselves during the stay, instead the Olivia Mart staff who helped me next time, hopefully next time can be better

Pemilik losmen tidak menyediakan listrik, tidak ada selimut, tidak ada handuk, tidak ada air minum, tidak ada sabun & shampo. Semuanya harus dibeli sendiri oleh tamu. Waktu tengah malam token listrik habis, petugas jaga tidak ada, telepon yang bersangkutan katanya suruh beli pakai uang sendiri. Saya komplain kenapa tidak memberitahukan kondisi-kondisi yang serba minus ini di aplikasi, jawabnya itu sudah menjadi kebijakan dari owner. Sungguh mengecewakan! 😡
