Great service, all staff are friendly, check-in/out time is also fast, breakfast is varied. If you want a beautiful city view, choose the executive room. Exit the hotel directly from Jalan Tunjungan and can be walked to the TP, highly recommended for those who like to walk. I left something at check-out, the service was excellent, helped deliver it to your home. Hotel Platinum is the best, if you go to Surabaya, you will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the executive suite. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly. When I arrived there, it wasn't check-in time yet, but I was already allowed to enter the room ❤️.. The WiFi was fast.. The breakfast was super delicious and complete, access to everywhere was close. Near the souvenir shopping center. If I go to Surabaya again, I will stay here again. Thank you

I didn't regret staying here for two nights. The price was lower than the well-known hotel chains, but the facilities were just as good. The location was excellent, and there were plenty of eateries outside the hotel. The hotel service was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast offered a view of Surabaya, along with a varied menu.

I always stop by here almost every month, all the staff are friendly starting from the security guard, FO and the kitchen, breakfast is also delicious, always helped by Mrs. Clara every time I stay here, as is Mrs. Delinda, the room is also clean and the smart TV is complete with Netflix and Prime Video too, I will definitely come back again, thank you
