The hotel staff is friendly. It's strategically located on the main road of Puncak, close to Indomaret and ATMs. Although the room was dated, it was very clean. The hot water worked well. There's a heated swimming pool, a children's pool, an adult pool, and a children's play area. Thank you.

The hotel facilities need to be improved. The bedrooms and mattresses are dirty, there are lots of stains on the mattress, the television is so dirty that it cannot be watched.

The place is okay, the facilities are okay, the cleanliness is okay, but there is something I regret when I wanted to check out, the room service person was waiting in front of the room even though it wasn't check out time yet, and in addition, because I was in such a hurry, I left my E-toll card behind and when I asked for it, it wasn't there, aka my disappointment was gone.

The area is very spacious, the rooms are also spacious, clean, but there is no air freshener. Complete facilities, fishing, sports fields, photo spots, beautiful landscapes, nature is really felt plus a great hot spring pool. Next time I think I should try the PR type so I can go straight to the hot spring pool, the natural atmosphere is beautiful, quiet even though it is right on the side of the main road. The service is okay, friendly, everyone helps, top notch clean, room facilities are easy to use, hot shower water flows fully. Thanks

This needs to be fixed. The other staff are friendly... However, some staff members don't stand in front of the villa room at 12 noon check-out time. It makes guests uncomfortable. They can monitor them from a distance. Cleanliness is good...but be aware of small animals, etc. Unfortunately, you don't get fried rice for breakfast at a hotel price of 650,000 Rupiah. There's no electric kettle for hot water. Even if there is one, it's missing a cable.
