The staff is quite friendly, responsive, and disability-friendly. The atmosphere is unique, like being in Bali due to the beautiful architecture. The place is clean, with a bathtub in the bathroom. The air conditioning is cool, Wi-Fi is free, and access to tourist attractions and restaurants is close. The breakfast menu is delicious and quite complete. Thank you for the service. My family and I felt comfortable and will definitely stay here again. This place is highly recommended. 👍

Even though I only stayed here for 1 night, I really enjoyed it. The room was clean and provided with electric mosquito repellent, the AC was cold. In the morning before breakfast, I could walk around the cottage. The road was clean. The swimming pool was nice with a direct view of the sea. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. There were electric bicycles that we could rent near the FO. Every cleaning service we met would greet us. Everyone was friendly, from the FO, Cleaning Service, restaurant staff, electric bicycle staff, all friendly. Top. My mother-in-law, children, and wife were very happy to stay here. Very impressive, although the hotel can be a bit noisy at night because the rooms aren't soundproof. Complete facilities include Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a shuttle service, as well as a lake for fishing.

Junior suite bed,,didn't sleep well....lots of dust..! I don't know if there's a service for the AC or not...dirty... The place and view are great,,kids like it...... The food is delicious...very satisfied.... Honestly, what's my review? What do you guys think?

The check-in process was easy... but unfortunately because I bought it at Traveloka I didn't get subsidies for other Ancol rides, they said I had to book there... I got the Kakap room on the 2nd floor, it's a bit of a challenge if you bring a suitcase because you have to climb the stairs first... but the room was very clean, I suggest having a microwave😁... The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious, it's really great 👍🏻... Want to come back again if there's a promo. 🫰🏻
