I got a unit in tower A, 1st floor, room 58, no wifi even though the application stated there was wifi, the sheets were not changed, the sheets were installed upside down, the pillows were thin, the TV had no antenna and the modem could not be watched, the AC remote battery was dead and turned on manually, the wasser jet for washing had no shower jet head, only a hose, there was only 1 room light, 2 left, no lights, only the lamp housing, at 7 am the electricity token ran out. when checking out at 10 am I informed the RedDoorz officer but there was no solution and no apology. very unprepared. Please pay more attention to the management, I'm sorry I won't stay here again, just once is enough.

The lights in the bathroom and living room were all off. The soap dispenser was empty and not refilled. The electrical outlet in the sleeping area was broken but luckily the living room worked even though there was no light.

Yes, it's quite good for transit. Breakfast is not available at the hotel but 50 meters from the terrace, there is the best culinary center in the area where apartment guests are provided with special access.

Honestly, I was surprised this time staying at Sentul Tower Apartment, usually I get a normal room and there are no problems, but this time I got a room that made me scratch my head. Why? 1. The TV has no picture, only sound 😫. 2. The toilet jet shower is just a hose without a head 😫. 3. The room sheets are full of stains, as are the pillows. 4. There are lots of lipstick marks on the walls and I don't know what, like tape that wasn't taken or cleaned. Note: the CS staff was alert and friendly, but I still refused to change rooms because I was already tired from the long journey, and I was confused whether the manager didn't know the condition of the room that would be rented? For this review, I wrote and submitted it not to bring down, but as a form of complaint and a means so that the developer or manager can find out or pay attention to the rooms that will be prepared for visitors/tenants. Because it's useless to have a nice building, close to this and that facility, but the comfort?

Bedroom: floor has cigarette ash marks and lots of ants. Bathroom: dirty, no sink, nothing provided, soap, toothbrush, leaking toilet jet shower. Living room: dirty and damp sofa, no water, wifi. So I could only sleep, but the location is strategic. Very disappointing, even though Reddoorz is usually good, but this one was unexpected to be this bad.

I know, this is cheap. But yeah... not like this either. The mattress is like a whirlpool, gathering in the middle. The shower faucet was broken. So when you shower you have to squat under the tap. The AC is not cold enough, you have to wash it because the AC is really dirty. The room, as soon as you entered, smelled damp. Ah... see for yourself, there's a lot that needs to be fixed. At least have a bed first... that's really bad (body aches) Tower A, 3rd floor, no. 70.
