Towels smell a bit musty, toilet is dirty. Everything else is ok.

Stay during high season during Eid, Price 270 thousand for 3 days 2 nights, the room is not soundproof, stay on the 201st floor next to the restaurant access to the hotel, very very noisy, I never sleep peacefully. Not to mention the hotel guests bring small children screaming very uncomfortable. The water is very small, I can't wash my hair The bathroom doesn't have hexos so it smells The staff is very friendly and kind, try the food at the restaurant, it's also delicious

Clean hotel, friendly staff and plenty of rooms available, enough for a place to stay during the holidays.

This place is very strategic but the bathroom was dirty, and the floor was dirty too.

According to the price, all rooms are non-smoking.

There were ants in the bed, the explanation of the fine regulations was not given at the beginning, the water was not flowing smoothly in the morning, the fines were without clear cause and effect.

First, the room was very different from the photo. But oh well, secondly, the bedsheets were super dusty and itchy, it seemed like they weren't newly installed. Maybe they had been installed neatly for months and then not changed when new guests arrived. And there were stains from perfume, they said it was from the laundry, so that's it. So we had to ask for the sheets to be replaced, but they didn't have replacements for the pillowcases and blankets. So only the sheets were replaced, the pillowcases and blankets were still the old ones but I asked them to clean them using a broom. When I entered the bathroom, I was shocked. It looked like it hadn't been touched for months. The toilet was super dirty and black, the shower jet was leaking, and there was a lot of brown crust in the corners. The sink was clogged with hair. If I look at the toilet cleaning schedule, it was last cleaned on October 8, 2024 and I stayed on December 23-24, 2024. This schedule was a piece of paper that I found in a desk drawer. The hot water ran out in less than 5 minutes. Finally I asked the staff to just clean the toilet, because the others were beyond help. The only thing that made me stay there was its strategic location. And lastly, the wifi didn't work. I beg you to pay attention to the cleanliness, simple is okay, because this is a budget accommodation too. But cleanliness MUST be prioritized. That's all, thank you.

the location is strategic, so it's easy to go anywhere, you can check in early too, and the staff are friendly. The downside is that the pillowcases have black stains for some reason, and the towels also look dull, otherwise it's okay for staying alone

The AC wasn't cold enough, the bathroom toilet was dirty, the TV had a lot of dust, and the WiFi didn't work.

The location is quite strategic, close to jogging sports facilities and integrated with a cafe, the cleanliness of the room is okay, only the conditions are damp because the room does not have an exhaust fan, the service is quite good, the rest is according to the price.

The room is not clean, for example on the walls there are termite paths that have been around for a long time and haven't been cleaned, I'm also not sure the blanket was washed because there were lots of stains on the blanket. The door does not close properly so that sound from outside comes in and disturbs sleeping comfort.

The hot water is running normally, it seems like it's time to change the mattress because it's gone.. either the bathroom or the water smells a bit like that so it's not comfortable.. overall it's okay

Layanan customer service dan sekuritinya baik, ramah dan komunikatif. Lokasinya bagus, cukup strategis & dikelilingi banyak tempat makan/cafe. Luasan kamar dan fasilitasnya, baik. Kasurnya kurang nyaman karena melendut (per-nya agak aus) dibagian kanan tengah, bikin pegal badan dan tidak bisa tidur dengan nyenyak. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah kondisi KM dan toiletnya, kotor dan bau apak. Dinding dan langit-langit ' dihiasi ' banyak sarang laba-laba, lubang kloset/toiletnya hitam pekat jorok, bagian bawah kloset pun jorok. Kran wastafel rusak dan berkarat, tidak bisa digunakan dengan normal. Tidak ada exhaust fan juga di KM, sehingga sirkulasi udaranya sangat buruk. Terpaksa pintu KM dan pintu kamar harus dibiarkan terbuka lebar dulu, setidaknya 30menitan, setiap kali mau masuk ke kamar sepulang dari bepergian. Sebaiknya pihak manajemen memastikan disain dan fasilitas kamar berikut KMnya bisa mendapatkan sirkulasi udara sehat yang memadai. Juga agar manajemen memastikan kamar & KM dalam kondisi bersih sebelum tamu masuk kamar.

Wah keren banget si red dorznya bagus.

Worth it, cuma kalo di perhatikan jendela tidak pernah di bersikahkan, bingkai nya berdebu, ketolong di tutup gorden 😄

Kamar kotor, lantai kamar pun kotor dan air sangat kecil. Saya dikasih handuk yang masih basah.
