The staff is friendly and efficient, the facilities are good, comfortable and clean, the wifi is often slow, the tap water is sometimes smooth, sometimes very small, overall it's not bad for that price, 8/10.

Hello, Sis. Thank you for staying at Rian Kost Pakjo. The Wi-Fi is often slow. This issue needs to be addressed to the service provider. Yesterday, I had time to complain about the network problem, but I still haven't received a response. The Wi-Fi speed is also 100MBPS. But yes, the service provider is bad. There is a problem with the water. The water is slippery too. Sis. But sometimes the reservoir above tends to be small. The water channel has been changed because there are 2 large reservoirs above. Sis. If the reservoir is small, it means the water is gone and they are changing the new one. Water is available 24 hours. First of all, I apologize for the inconvenience, Sis. And thank you. I hope there is enough water to use everywhere, Sis.

The iron bed made noises, the iron hanger in the bathroom just hooked the towel and it immediately came off and we were asked to pay 150 thousand, after a negotiation it became 100 thousand. The fmly room was far away and the back was really sore.

Actually, there is no serious problem in the room. The iron bed is not noisy. We also helped prepare an extra mattress for free. For the family room, on the first day, you got a room at the back because the front was already full. But on the second day, you were moved to a family room at the front. When you checked in and moved your belongings, the staff at Rian Kost Pakjo always helped you carry them. It is not far. What about the hangers in the bathroom? The hangers are new. You have never damaged or broken them from other guests. How could they suddenly break when you checked in? Logically, the hangers were pulled. You were fined 150,000 and got a discount of 100,000. The fine was charged because you damaged the room facilities. Please, whether here or in other hotels, prioritize taking care of the room facilities first. Especially if you bring children or family, please inform them not to damage any of the hotel facilities so that you will not be fined. Thank you, Sister Dina, may your fortune always be smooth.

Overall the place is strategic, only in the room there is no small trash can, and in the bathroom there is no hanger to put towels, and there is no jet shower in the toilet, and yesterday I asked the staff for the wifi password but they didn't give me the reason (don't know, there's no wifi) even though yesterday I stayed in 2022 I was given the wifi password and in my opinion the employees were not very friendly at check-in and check-out, the important point when checking out is that the staff can provide friendly service so that guests feel interested in staying again and giving good reviews to fellow guests and recommending this place to various impressive stories.

The place is clean, the location is close to places to eat, the rooms are comfortable & spacious, the staff are friendly. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Palembang. Maybe just need a little repair on the bathroom door, because it's a bit difficult to lock, but otherwise everything is okay. Thank you Rian Kost, stay healthy.
