The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. The hotel is classic in style, close to the beach and culinary center. The only downside is that the hot water is sometimes on and sometimes off. Hopefully, management will fix this soon. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service provided by Puri Mango. Thank you.

My experience staying 3 nights 4 days.. the room is spacious and relatively clean. The distance to the beach is close, a 5-minute walk is also there. You can see the sunrise and a pleasant side walk, and you can go straight to Icon Mall, you can walk back home.. but when in the room at night, you can hear the sounds of rats from the ceiling of the room which is very disturbing because it seems like there are a lot of them.. although the sound lessened on the 2nd and 3rd nights. Another thing that is a bit disturbing is that the room TV is broken, after reporting it, they said the cause was a broken antenna. So there was no TV on in the room during my stay. Hopefully this is just my experience.. hopefully in the future it can be better

the hotel is just 5 minutes walk to Sindhu Beach. everything was great but unfortunately there was a construction in front of the hotel so it was difficult to park our car. But that was really okay since the hotel was really nice and comfortable.

The staff service is very friendly.. with the price of 250, getting a room this big is really worth it. Near the Sanur night market and Sindu beach, in front of the hotel there is a coco mart and many stalls here. The strategic location, the bed is big, the toilet is quite clean, it is also suitable for transit who want to cross to Nusa Penida for the night, the important thing is to be able to rest.. thank you Sans Puri Mango

This hotel could be much better polished than its current state. Many of the fixtures are old or worn and in need of replacement or refurbishment. I also noticed the cleanliness of the room floor; it felt greasy and dusty, and hadn't been mopped thoroughly. The TV was blurry and uncomfortable to watch. The shower head wasn't powerful enough. The sound of the water pump, or whatever it was, really disturbed my rest. There's a lot I want to complain about. The hotel's strategic location helps, but that's all.

The location is nice, on the roadside. The room looks old, with peeling paint on the walls. The bathroom ceiling looks leaky, moldy, and unpainted. The shower hook came off, so I had to hold it. The hot water wasn't flowing smoothly. But overall, I give it a 70. You get what you pay for. Thank you.
