The service was excellent, from the front gate, guest drop-off area, basement parking, reception, housekeeping, and all the staff at the pool bar and restaurant. They provided and demonstrated professional hospitality. I was quite satisfied and happy, even though my stay was short, just one night, and I had to check in late due to my busy schedule. But overall, my stay was a joy, and I wish I could come back someday. Thank you so much, guys.

Just stayed 3 days and 2 nights at Sanur Watu Jimbar and loved it! The breakfast was a highlight—tons of delicious options every morning. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Nizzy who made our stay extra special. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Also, the pool is massive—great for a proper swim or just lounging around. The location’s also perfect, walking distance to the beach and lots of great spots nearby. Would definitely come back!

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel grounds are clean. Unfortunately, outside the hotel, the Sanur neighborhood is less welcoming, especially the souvenir vendors. If you just look and don't buy, you'll get scolded.

This was my first time staying in the Sanur area. The area is great, with minimal traffic. The hotel is located in an area with lots of shops and restaurants, so you can walk around the hotel comfortably anytime. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room I took, a Grand Deluxe, was very spacious. Breakfast was varied, and the best part was the swimming pool 😁👍 Hopefully, Sanur Resort Watujimbar is always fully booked and the team continues to maintain their excellent service 😁👍
