From entering the parking area, friendly security greeted me, then checked in with the help of friendly officers, even though it was less than 15 minutes before I was able to check in, the parking area was spacious and there were officers who helped, the room was clean and tidy, all the facilities were complete, most importantly it was kids friendly, thank you, I will definitely come back again.

From Tsi we stayed here, check in at 2:00 PM, the hotel staff was friendly and nice, there are many swimming pools, and the kids were happy, there is a mini zoo. Breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is very kid-friendly and close to the safari park. It has complete facilities: a water park, mini zoo, carousel, and more. The food is also very varied and there are many choices. The only problem is that the room type I chose doesn't have an elevator, so it's a bit difficult to get to with a suitcase and a small child. It's not too far, but it would be much better if there was an elevator.

The staff was helpful. If you stay in hobbit rooms, the room is spacious and really close to the playground area. It is very recommended to stay here with the families and loved ones! ♥️

It was a pleasure staying here. My wife and I stayed in the Hobbit House, and we're both Lottery fans, so we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The grounds were surprisingly spacious. The rides in the garden were fun, with turkeys roaming the grounds and ostrichs. There were plenty of swimming pools. Some amenities, like statues and lighting, might be uncomfortable.

Overall, everything was good and impressive. All the staff were friendly, especially the security guard, who was very kind and friendly. The plus side is that this hotel offers a view and is kid-friendly, but the downside is that the food is just standard. But that's not a problem because apart from the food, everything was +++++. Next time, I will definitely come back again. See you, Seruni.

This isn't my first time at Hotel Seruni, but staying in the Hobbit style was my first time. It was really fun because it was close to the pool and children's play area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but the breakfast on weekdays is very boring and the variety is limited. The taste is also very ordinary...perhaps the taste and variety of food could be improved. Thank you.
