The room was clean, but unfortunately, it smelled. The smell was apparently coming from the open drain of the washing machine. The engineer had already closed it, but the smell was still a bit off.

The hotel is new, and everything is still clean. Unfortunately, the shower, toilet, and sink are made in China, which is cheap and uncomfortable to use. The water dispenser is actually modern and nice, but because the third liner is on top, it makes a very unpleasant noise when turned on. The hotel is located across from Poncol Station, so you can hear trains all day long.

It's my first time staying there but from the first time I wanted to go there again, it's clean, only when I got the bathroom in the morning it was a mess but the staff was really nice.

Nice, clean, and comfortable... It's also very close to Queen Mall. Overall, it's great. Keep up the quality of the hotel, and most importantly, don't raise the prices for the executive rooms.

new hotel apartment next to shopping mall. restaurant was not ready yet so they offered breakkfast from the caffe inside mall which is very standard, limited option but pricey for type and quality of foods

At Somerset Hotel, I was upgraded to a higher room. The room was comfortable, the bed, the bathroom were all okay. It's a shame that the breakfast was not comfortable because the hotel wasn't fully finished yet. Hopefully it will be better.
