Nice hotel for a family trip. Many good activities. Good breakfast. Friendly associate. Good location, provide a shuttle. Nice landscape very relaxing. Special thanks to Bali who taught my dad to play rindik and drove us to the centre with a buggy. Such a lovely and genuine associate. Noted in the room, SDB did not work, already reported 2 times. The room was a bit humid maybe because it is on the 3rd floor (no fresh air) but for some people who are sensitive to humidity, could lead to an issue (cough etc). Too many times we're asked during brekkie :) same questions though it was asking feedback the same morning, our table was asked like 4 times (different people). Maybe too much in the morning, need to coordinate better. But asking for feedback is very nice.

Typically an old hotel but I appreciate the staff hospitality. The corridor towards my room a little bit creepy especially at night since there's a lot of abandoned buildings under the hotel that I can see it when I passed the corridor towards my room. A little bit pricey especially during this pandemic there are lot of hotel with more reasonable price. Need more improvement.

Staying at Sthala Ubud Bali will not regret that there is even wanting to stay there (feel at home). Hospitality is a champion. All crew smile on voice and serve with heart. Next time I will go to Sthala again and will stay there longer🤩. Thank you Stala.

Perfect! I really love this hotel. Two thumbs for all staff there, super friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, good lighting, balconies are also available. There are 2 swimming pool options, the favorite is on the 3rd floor although it's not that big but it's really cool to be able to look at the trees and the river, really instagramable! The taste of the food is good, the chicken noodles are really good! Recommended!
