(+) bed (except for the lizard droppings once in awhile), view from the room (ours had the rice paddy view), breakfast (it was hard to contact their service phone, i was able to order breakfast only once out of 4 days of stay, i needed to go myself to the restaurant to make the order which was around 5mins walk back and forth), room service (we had our room cleaned everyday and they always do a perfect job), ceiling was high enough to provide better air circulation (nipa hut style, just watch out for lizards), spacious bathroom (there’s an outdoor shower too), location (it’s near in almost all the tourist destinations in Ubud, it only took 15-30mins to go anywhere with our rented car, most people rent motorcycles which i think is ideal because it gets crowded in the afternoon), walking distance to the town’s eating and night life street (5-7mins), wifi (strong reception). (-) again, it was hard to contact their service line, specially in the morning, ants in the bathroom, pool needs to be maintained (it rained for two days while we were there, and we noticed that the pool became murky)

We booked a short trip to Ubud to stay at Suarti Boutique Village to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, The villa with our private pool took our breath away - it was exactly as the photos showed and so much more. Nestled amongst lush foliage, at the back of the resort, it gave us immense privacy and was for 6 days, a little home away from home. It lacked nothing. It vastly exceeded our expectations. Not to mention the wonderful staff who always greeted you with a warm smile, nothing was too much trouble. We cannot recommend it highly enough and definitely look forward to returning again...

They took such good care of us. Knowing it was our honeymoon they sent cake also...so sweet of them. The owner was a doll and a lot of fun...had live music one night and a cocktail party. The pool is a dream and the property is lush and laid back. All the staff from the shuttle driver to the wait staff to the friendly girl that checked us in went above and beyond and always with a smile. Also...they did little things throughout stay, chef sending food over to us, free ride when shuttle wasnt running (it runs on scheduled times) We will definitely be back.

We chose Suarti because it was just off the hustle and bustle of the main streets in Ubud but within walking distance. We were welcomes with some orange juice and our room was well air conditioned and linen clean. The little chalets were very private and seperate from each individual dwelling - separated by boardwalk and Koi ponds - exquisite. I would not stay for the food, but I would stay for the sense of tropical Ubud and privacy. Our tv worked well and our room was cleaned every day. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to take us into town or on trips. Would recommend.

I stayed in a one bedroom villa which I loved, very balinese, the only downside of this hotel was the breakfast, maybe because it was one of the very few guest, and the pool was not usable, it was a green algae pond.

Nice spot in out-of-way area with local eats around, a bit of a trek to town if that's your thing. Walking around at night a bit unsafe due to narrow roads and poor visibility with traffic. All in all a great place to have a couples get away for several days.

A beautiful property with the nicest, friendliest staff that made us feel very welcome for 5 nights. The villa is beautiful and has a lot of sense of place and is very quiet and relaxing. The pool is clean and perfect for a cooling dip. I was really impressed with the restaurant which gave us consistently tasty meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner that were also reasonably priced. I didn't love that the restaurant was more or less on the road, but my wife liked it that way. Would stay here again.

I am so happy that I got to stay at such a nice resort! This place was quiet, clean, and the staff was amazing. I had my own private villa with my own pool and it was wonderful. I just wish I stayed here longer than I did. I would stay here again.

The one bedroom pool villa in a Javanese style joglo house was beautiful. Just like the photos from the website. The bathroom was really nice with a tub and rainshower. For the price, free toothbrushes would be nice. We couldn't connect to the wifi so I just used my local sim's hotspot feature. Breakfast was nice especially the dragonfruit granola. Had room service and it was a bit of a disappointment. Do not order the Thai fishcakes! Nothing thai and fishy about it. Everyone was very nice. The free ten minute massage was a nice touch. Too bad it was raining but we still managed to swim in the pool in our villa overlooking rice fields. Great relaxing stay and service with a smile.

Comfortable new hotel with character. Super friendly and helpful staff. Located a lengthy stroll away from the congested center. Outside of the four daily complementary shuttles into the center, they can organize rides to anywhere in town anytime in one of their vans for a reasonable fee. Highly recommended!

“I find it really hard to leave a review that would give this place justice. Let's start by it's wonderful. The decor of the room is splendid. You are getting a fusion of a traditional wooden house but with all the modern amenities you can think of. They are so attentive with their details. The details of their decor, their service and the environment. There were umbrellas in each of the rooms for the guest to utilise and the service crew would be swift to aid in any concerns of yours. Extremely lovely and trained staff that makes the whole experience even more amazing. They would go the extra mile to ensure your utmost comfort. I wouldn't just recommend people to stay here, I would ask them to stay here. Komang is a real fun guy ready with jokes to crack you up and great recommendatios for going around ubud. This place is well worth it. loved it here. The only problem tht the bhave here is, i have to leave this place. I will be happy to stay here again ;)
