Nice place, good view & good weather. Not kids friendly for an active kid like my son due to the stairs lol but overall we had very best experience. Breakfast also great with many options and totally not crowded during this pandemic. Will def come back 🖤

I left my phone at the reservation desk, I was very grateful that the front desk officer kept it. Thank you to the lady on duty when I checked in. The hotel facilities are as described. I had the chance to try the jeep tour package, it's guaranteed to be fun, the tour guide is good at taking pictures.

a luxurious villa with satisfying and friendly facilities and services, my wife's glasses case when having breakfast at the restaurant was left behind was delivered to the room to be returned... got lots of fresh fruits in the room that I have never gotten in villa services before, there are also free snacks of two topples in the room, also delivered free fruit juice and herbal medicine delivered directly to the room.... the swimming pool is warm making it comfortable to soak... the room is beautiful and clean... had the chance to walk around the resort with the cool air and the aesthetic arrangement of the villa that spoils the eyes makes us feel at home... hopefully sunsetfalls will continue to advance... thank you to all the kind staff...

The service is good, the staff is friendly.. recommended, the room is clean, you get free fruit snacks, close to the restaurant, the view is really good, there are many good spots for photos The best is the private warm water pool Then when checking out you get snacks for the trip home.. it's cool... I don't regret staying here..

This hotel is probably the best accommodation in the Grabag area and is located close to tourist spots in the area. The warm water plunge pool is a plus and can even be said to be the main value that distinguishes it from other accommodations, but it is very unfortunate that it was not functioning when we stayed overnight.

Everything was pleasant, the bed was spacious, comfortable, the property placement was very fitting, the pool was warm so you could soak all day, you got a free minibar and snacks (the cookies were delicious), the breakfast menu could be improved a bit, and I was a bit disturbed by flies, I think they were only in the cafe or restaurant when eating, but they were also in the room, but it didn't reduce my desire to go back there, especially when we checked out we were given provisions to eat on the way, thank you

Disappointed staying here to enjoy moments with family. The pool in the villa is very cold and cannot be used even though feedback has been given many times. Access to the upper floor of the restaurant to enjoy the view is also closed. The breakfast is also full of carbohydrates with a very limited menu. Hotel equipment also looks outdated. The view from the villa also cannot justify the price charged. If you knew this, you should have stayed somewhere else with your extended family.
