The hotel is near to the airport and they provide shuttle for guests to go to the airport even at midnight or even later than midnight. Room service food is nice, the room is spacious and the bathroom too! It was a nice stay especially for big family cause the room I chose was so big.

The air conditioning died and no solution was offered or followed up on. We stayed the night but couldn't sleep. I couldn't even breathe since the room had no air circulation at all.

Watee bottle only 1 in a room. When we want to get another bottle, we should pay another bottle. When I make a call, one of staff just hang up my phone. Really bad service.
