Recommended place to stay in Malang. Great location, comfortable bed, beautiful view from our bedroom, and affordable 24 h room service (but the taste could be better, the satay in the fried rice really need modification🤦🏻‍♀️).

We got the room at floor 8th and we have to scan our card to operate the lift. The room is clean and have many accommodations, such as hair dryer, 2 mineral waters, etc. But at first it's hard to turn on the AC. The breakfast is delicious, even though not many variants there. We got plastic gloves before we eat. Swimming pool at outside but it's clean, the gym near on pool. So far I love it and this hotel accommodate hand sanitizer on lobby's floor, I hope I can see it at each floors.

Overall: hotel 🌟🌟🌟 taste 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My request was fulfilled. So I could get a view from 2 sides which was very Breakfast was very 👍🏻 (-) Already informed the request for the room to be cleaned at 12. We returned at 1 past, it had not been cleaned. Not soundproof. But still the best hotel ever during my time in Malang.

Unfortunately the room is not soundproof. It would be better if it could be soundproof so that the sound from outside does not come in. Even the sound from the swimming pool can be heard clearly from the 5th floor.

Location in the city center. Next to the hotel is a mall, easy to buy snacks & lunch. The room is quite spacious. Cold AC. Hot water is smooth. Delicious breakfast & varied menu. Can request sahur as a substitute for breakfast, the menu is fried rice, eggs, chicken, sweet tea. The staff are all friendly & responsive. This is my second time staying, the first time I stayed at the end of 2023. Recommended.

The location is one with the mall, the parking area is very spacious but unfortunately there is no direct access to the lobby so you have to walk out of the parking lot first. The room is clean, the swimming pool is quite long.
