During my recent stay, I encountered a few issues that impacted the overall experience. The air conditioning unit was leaking, and the Wi-Fi connection was noticeably slow in the mornings. Breakfast lacked variety, and the gym facilities were quite disappointing. Additionally, the hotel only provides two bottles of mineral water per day, which feels insufficient for a 4-star property.

Came for a staycation with family after seeing reviews on social media. When checking in, it turned out that the pool was under renovation without any notification on the hotel's social media account. It was told that we could use the pool of the apartment next door, when in the morning we wanted to use the pool with the kids, it turned out that the pool was also being treated until 2 pm when I should have checked out. Asked the receptionist, she didn't know the information. Very disappointed because of this, the hotel staff did not provide a well brief and also did not respond after being promised by the staff to be informed to the managerial level. The room sheets were also dirty, not worth the value.

The location is quite good but the place is a bit inside. For service and facilities are also good, the car park is quite spacious. The comfort and cleanliness of the room are actually good but when we stayed there was a bit of an unpleasant smell from the water closet hole so it had to be closed when not in use. For breakfast it is quite varied, but the staff is not very responsive in refilling some of the food that has run out.

The hotel staff is polite and responsive but it does take a long time to handle. Overall the hotel is clean and well maintained but can be improved to repair regularly, such as wallpaper that is no longer attached, the pool floor that has many tiles open and the AC in the lobby area is not cold enough. The choice of breakfast menu is quite varied.

when I got off in front of the lobby the door man just ignored me without saying hello, the receptionist was very uneducated, when I needed information in the middle of talking suddenly picked up the phone, very impolite, whatever information I needed he didn't know, it would be better if you put workers in the front office, please have more eaxpart HR. the room smelled musty, the bed cover and pillows were dirty like someone else's, not newly replaced. my room was a deluxe room. Arriving at 6 pm, we still had to wait 10 minutes for the room to be ready. I thought it would be decorated for a honeymoon surprise as requested, but it wasn't. The pool view is nice with tall buildings.

There was a problem with the room AC (not cold) even though the AC had been turned on for more than 1 hour. Had to call the operator twice before the technician came to fix it (there was an outdoor AC component that needed to be replaced), it had been cold overnight but in the morning the AC was having trouble again. At a glance, it seems like the AC unit needs to be replaced.

Overall the hotel is good.. the room is clean.. the hotel area is clean.. the swimming pool is also clean.. the breakfast menu at the restaurant is varied and tastes good.. only one drawback, the bread knife from several breakfasts has never been seen.. 😅 small change huh.. Some things that need improvement, especially room maintenance such as: loose cupboard handles, shower faucets can come off, noisy exhaust fan sounds.. The hospitality of the hotel staff is also considered lacking for a 4-star class..

Stayed 2 nights for a short staycation here. Chose this hotel because it is quite well-known and close to the city center, besides the swimming pool that children like is also quite large. In general, the staycation experience was quite enjoyable. Starting from the check-in process which was quite fast, the service staff who were very helpful, and the check-out process which was also fast. Some things we noticed during the staycation: 1. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful 2. The swimming pool is spacious, but the maintenance needs to be considered. Many ceramics came off and have the potential to injure pool users. In almost 1 hour of playing in the pool, my child was able to collect 5-8 loose pool tiles. In addition, in the gutters and surrounding gardens/trees, there were also loose pool tiles that were put into the gutters/thrown into the gardens/trees. 3. There are not many breakfast variations. When the chicken porridge station is empty, visitors must ask the restaurant staff for a refill. This also happened at the bread pastry & cereal station. Considering that the time I stayed was peak season so it was quite crowded with visitors, but each breakfast station was not always ready to be filled with food. Hopefully my review can be an input for this Swiss-Bel location. Because I always happy staying at Swiss-Bel. Thank you
