Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue

Had a great stay, perfect for family vacation. Staffs were great and very attentive. Room was very neat and clean, the food was also delicious, however did find some expired sugars on the table but the staff quickly replaced it. Pool was great too, exceptionally clean and not crowded, overall a really pleasant experience and will definitely come back again for a longer stay

Our stay at Swissotel was very pleasant, the front office staff Mba Freda is very nice, the guest relation Mba Mei and Gemma gave us a welcome cake and a balloon for my daughter. The bedroom is so comfy and clean for sure also the bathroom is very nice. In the morning, we had our breakfast at the restaurant, the food is great and the staff is very nice and welcoming. Even during PPKM, the pool is open but you have to book in advance before going to the pool, the pool is awesome and a great spot for taking a picture. When we checked out, I left my wedding ring in the bathroom at our room, I contacted the guest relation Mba Mei and she responded straight away and told me that the housekeeping found my ring and I can claim it back. Definitely will stay here again!
