Everything was fine. The only downside was the cleanliness of the rooms. Perhaps because the hotel is rarely empty, with guests coming and going, the cleanliness was a bit lacking. There were lots of stains on the floor, and the backs of the chairs in the room were dirty (perhaps just because it was my room 202). Next time, more attention should be paid to cleanliness. The food is delicious, with lots of variety, and the hotel area is also nice. It's okay.

The hotel and facilities are very good, the staff is friendly, and they're willing to discuss other room types. The downside to this place is the road access from Surabaya, which is quite unsafe. There are many potholes and other drivers who don't obey traffic rules.
